His robust track record includes setting multiple deep-water records and successfully executing ERD urban land drilling projects as a Senior Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Engineer. This extensive experience, coupled with his deep technical knowledge and holistic understanding of the industry, has positioned him as a highly sought-after subject matter expert for numerous drilling-related projects.

He has also been responsible for developing various knowledge-sharing systems, designing and delivering comprehensive drilling-focused training solutions and optimisation workshops worldwide, consistently achieving stellar scores above 95%. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of topics, from Deep-Water Drilling, Stuck Pipe Prevention to performance optimisation and cultivating a One-Team Mindset.

He holds a distinguished degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an extension in Drilling and Rig Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Furthermore, he holds the coveted title of a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
